Our PJ's location is set in the CBD so our customers are here for business.  They want quick and accurate service for their work break or to keep going with their business at City Hall or the offices around us.  We efficiently serve them with a smile which is why we have so many regulars.  We work when they work so we are open from Monday through Thursday from 7 am to 4 pm.  On Friday we close at 3 pm.  We work a few weekends of the year, such as, Tulane graduation, Saints games, Sugar Bowl and big events at the Superdome, like Wrestlemania.

We look for baristas who can work Square, make a variety of beverages, do a bit of baking and food prep and keep themselves busy when not helping customers.  We keep a clean and organized shop in which we work for the same goal:  satisfied customers.  To support this we have an environment that is both enjoyable and focused.  Our best baristas have used our day time work schedule to allow them to pursue their interests in the evening or weekend.  Our shop is also a great arrangement for working parents who have time off to be with their families.
