Market Umbrella is the New Orleans non-profit that runs the Crescent City Farmers Markets, as well as a number of fresh food incentive programs that increase healthy food access as well as support local farmers and food producers.  Our first market started in 1995, and we currently host three producer-only farmers markets in Orleans parish, featuring over 130 vendors from within 200 miles.  We also operate a number of nutrition incentive programs locally and statewide including our signature SNAP match program Market Match, and statewide SNAP and FMNP match program Greaux the Good.
