Our office and brewery is located in the New Orleans’ brewery district just off Tchoupitoulas Street in the Lower Garden District. This recently constructed modern facility positions our brewery to continue to launch new sake products regionally and scale to multi-state distribution. Our intent is to distribute our products in a second state by year end.

Wetlands Sake is handcrafted using time-honored techniques and natural ingredients to create high-quality American Craft Sake.
