Writer & Content Strategist Zehno Cross Media Communications is a firm serving educational institutions around the country. We are seeking an experienced writer and content strategist to develop a full range of creative/marketing communications tools from concept through production. A brief overview of position requirements: Work with creative and account teams in development of communications campaigns and concepts of outstanding effectiveness and quality for company and clients. Write and edit copy/content for application to traditional, interactive and social tools. Gather and assemble appropriate background information for analysis. Audit and analyze existing communication tools and client requirements. Recommend content and functionality that supports client strategic objectives. Develop content strategy and architecture deliverables, including recommendation reports, site maps, wireframes, content matrices, page tables, etc. Outline content elements to assist in wireframe/storyboard/design development. Create prototypes, graysites, etc. Provide thought leadership about and apply tactical expertise in SEO, social, content management, taxonomy/categorization, experience design, usability and findability. Proofread and check copy for accuracy. Experience with production, including an advanced understanding of HTML and template-driven content management, is also highly desired.
