We opened Windowsill Pies, a seasonal pie and tart bakery, in 2011. Nine years and three kitchens later, we’re proud to be opening a brick-and-mortar cafe on Freret Street! 

Now we’re looking to build a small, dedicated team of pie-loving people. Please email us your resume, and a note about yourself. We need to fill several Barista/ Cashier positions and we need an Assistant Baker, too. 

Compensation is hourly plus pooled tips and a daily shift meal. We’re closed Mardi Gras Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
