Local company in a very specialized industry is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their very stable and hard-working team.

Duties of the Administrative Assistant:

  • answering phones and greeting visitors.
  • handling certified mail and data entry of checks.
  • handling client files - entering findings and updates.
  • ordering office supplies and handling office maintenance.
  • monthly/quarterly reporting.
  • client services and status updates.

Requirements Administrative Assistant:

  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years of administrative assistant/secretarial experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office programs:  Word, Excel, Outlook
  • strong math skills and an eye for detail
  • sensitivity to deadlines

Ideal candidate:

  • will be very approachable and a great attitude.
  • MUST be a strong communicator (both verbally and written).
  • will be focused but able to change focus as deadlines/duties pop up.
  • MUST BE ORGANIZED AND DETAILED!!
  • will be eager and a quick learner.
