Local company in a very specialized industry is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their very stable and hard-working team.
Duties of the Administrative Assistant:
- answering phones and greeting visitors.
- handling certified mail and data entry of checks.
- handling client files - entering findings and updates.
- ordering office supplies and handling office maintenance.
- monthly/quarterly reporting.
- client services and status updates.
Requirements Administrative Assistant:
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of administrative assistant/secretarial experience
- proficiency in Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, Outlook
- strong math skills and an eye for detail
- sensitivity to deadlines
Ideal candidate:
- will be very approachable and a great attitude.
- MUST be a strong communicator (both verbally and written).
- will be focused but able to change focus as deadlines/duties pop up.
- MUST BE ORGANIZED AND DETAILED!!
- will be eager and a quick learner.
