The St. Tammany Parish Development District (STPDD, or “The District”) is a political subdivision of the state of Louisiana and was created by the Legislature to foster business development through the issuance of bonds and by taking other steps necessary to advance sustainable commerce. Our mission is to promote a growing and vibrant economy in St. Tammany Parish by attracting new business and facilitating employment opportunities all aimed at improving the quality of life in St. Tammany.
