The Training period for Six Sigma Black Belts scopes from 1 month to multiple months, during which time the candidates work to master the subject matter by completing a project and a final examination or assessment.  Six Sigma Black Belts trained the organization's Green Belts, while also being trained by Master Black Belts. In most of the situations, a Black Belt becomes a Master Black Belts after much experience in Six Sigma Project understanding and accomplishment.

Within Six Sigma facts, good Black Belt candidates share similar qualities including, customer support-where the Black Belt candidate recognizes that the customer is the final evaluator of quality and service. A good candidate is also obsessive about the job and is enthusiastic to take the proposal and be positive at all times. They are versed in “change” leadership, meaning the welcome change and happily guide other employees through the change process management. Six Sigma Black Belt candidates are skilled communicators, effective trainers, coaches and mentors with the natural ability to tailor the message to the audience.

Six Sigma Black Belt candidates are awake of new business preparations. They understand that Six Sigma is completed one project at a time. The candidate is capable to be together a team member and a team leader and has the capacity to analyze rapidly with a good practical eye, so to speak. He or she is always the goal and results oriented. Most importantly they are cool and obsessive people about life in common.  Other qualities displayed by good Black Belt candidates are confident and reliability.

The best Six Sigma Black Belts have full of meaning process knowledge and come with a different work experience. They usually have a top college degree or two as a means of demonstrating advanced considering skills. In addition to Six Sigma knowledge, they may also have ISO or some other quality control expertise and skill set.  However, there are some things that can challenge a successful Six Sigma Black Belt Training project. This may happen when your Black Belts get no maintain from their champions, or there are not sufficient Green Belts in the program.

Some organizations do not guide Online Six Sigma Green Belt at all, which is a big mistake that will hinder the entire Six Sigma Process.  Green Belts are the ‘worker bees’ of Six Sigma and without a good group of them, all Six Sigma Projects are destined to be unsuccessful. Another barrier to achievement is the Master Black Belt who is too busy to advise the Black Belts so that there is small or no communication with other Six Sigma workers. Still, a different common difficulty that obstructs Six Sigma success is projected face loading by senior management.  Rather than working the process, Black Belts are told to make the method successful.
