Focusing on the 23 to 35 year old demographic, 504ward works to retain the talent of New Orleans by connecting them to key opportunities, individuals, and organizations. A play on the city’s area code, 504ward is a movement and a bridge that connects young talent to one another and to the established leaders in the New Orleans region. Like many others in this city, we are inspired by the influx of talented and motivated young professionals, and we are working to retain these powerful assets by providing access to jobs, leadership, social connectivity, and opportunities of all shapes and colors. 504ward is a collaborative movement developed with a broad spectrum of New Orleans business and civic organizations.
