Akili Academy of New Orleans is a tuition-free public charter school serving the Gentilly/St. Bernard neighborhood of New Orleans. As a member of Crescent City Schools, Akili Academy of New Orleans equips students in Kindergarten through 8th grade for success in college preparatory high schools and selective colleges. Within a structured and rigorous learning environment, Akili Academy students excel in academic pursuits, develop strong character, and are poised for success. Akili Academy will be serving grades K-5th during the 2012-2013 school year.
