Brett Perrier’s and Keith Esquerré’s passion for commercial construction led them to form their own unique general contracting company. By 2014, they collectively completed over $750 million in commercial construction projects and decided that the time was right to create a unique general contracting and construction company, grounded in honesty, integrity, and hard work. Brett and Keith built PEC with the foundations of safety, scheduling, high-quality work, and budget efficiency with the ultimate goal of client satisfaction.
