The Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans (LSUHSC-N.O.) located within the biomedical district of New Orleans. It consists of six professional schools and twelve Centers of Excellences. The School of Public Health is CEPH accredited and maintains a diverse research portfolio with a tradition of funding from NIH, CDC, and a variety of other state and federal agencies and private institutions.
