Torsh Inc., is a New Orleans based education technology company that produces Torsh TALENT, a secure, online, cloud-based coaching and professional learning platform through which all of the disparate elements of coaching (observation, feedback, goal-setting, goal tracking, data gathering, community building, training and certification) can be organized, tracked, implemented and managed. Our core mission is to improve student outcomes by increasing educator effectiveness and we do this by helping schools and organizations increase educator instructional capacity, improve the delivery of educator professional development, and generate insights into educator effectiveness.
