We are a local web site development and hosting agency currently seeking a executive assistant for the owner of the business. The job starts at 20 hours a week and after training eventually move to a full 40 hours a week. Responsibilities include assisting owner on sales calls, development of proposal and coordinating with both the design team and our team of virtual assistants. On site training will be provided, a technological background is a plus but good customer service experience is a must. After training has been the applicant would have the option of working remotely. We are located in Uptown but applicants from all over the Louisiana area will be considered.
