The Louisiana Housing Alliance (LHA) is a statewide, nonprofit membership organization that promotes equitable housing policies at the state and federal levels. Founded in 2006, LHA’s mission is to ensure that all Louisianans, especially those with low incomes and special needs, have quality, accessible and affordable housing.
