Founded in 1974, the Preservation Resource Center is the city's premier historic preservation nonprofit, beloved locally and respected nationally for its decades of work. Our mission is to preserve New Orleans' historic architecture, neighborhoods and cultural identity through collaboration, empowerment and service to our community.
