Site Coordinator – Middle and High School Communities In Schools of Greater New Orleans, Inc. seeks qualified social worker with experience working with male middle and high school students. The Site Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and coordinating CIS activities and programs on the campus of a public school. The Site Coordinator interfaces with campus personnel and coordinates school functions with the CIS program and CIS administration. The Site Coordinator will provide social and emotional, educational services to students and their families. The Site Coordinator will serve as liaison between the school, home and community agencies. The Site Coordinator will seek resources for the school community such as volunteers, tutors, mentors, and business partners with a particular emphasis on improving students’ literacy skills. The Site Coordinator will provide psychosocial assessments, referrals, and individual, group, and/or family counseling or supportive guidance.
