Corporate Internship Leadership Institute (CILI) collaborates with companies, educational institutions, and students to provide internship opportunities throughout the New Orleans metro region, Gulf Coast area, and the state of Louisiana. CILI centers facilitating professional development and soft skill-building programs, coaching and mentoring to college students.

CILI is dedicated to cultivating excellence in students of color enrolled in a 4-year degree or graduate program by connecting them to paid internships that provide qualified experience exchanges with skill-building and competency development rooted in the future success of the New Orleans Region and Louisiana to transform the economic landscape by and for its own people.  

CILI’s premiere programs, Internship Central and The Tenth Institute, are dedicated to sourcing students of color, teaching, and engaging them in career skills and competency development programming, along with internship experiences to create a pipeline of diverse, high potential talent, ready for opportunities within companies throughout the New Orleans Region and Louisiana for mid to high wage careers in industries that transform and facilitate economic growth.
