Take the Lead Nola is a Community Rehabilitation Provider and certified rehabilitation provider for Louisiana Rehabilitation Services (LRS), a preferred vendor for Metropolitian Human Services District, and approved transition planning provider for the Louisiana Department of Education. Take the Lead Nola has been educating, enriching, and empowering vulnerable communities with an emphasis on individuals with disabilities for nearly 15 years. 

We take an integrated approach to educating, enriching, and empowering participants and families through specialized learning including technology, role-playing, and real-world work experience. We foster engagement through collaboration with key stakeholders, referrals to additional services and access to training and tools which are prerequisites to work readiness and self-sufficiency.
