We are looking for a new office/personal assistant who is smart, organized, energetic, and trustworthy. We are a small law firm located in the CBD, we work mainly employment, personal injury, family law and discrimination cases. Applicant must be friendly and patient in person and over the phone. A typical day may include: Arriving by 9, make coffee, check messages/email/return important calls from clients. Work on various cases, jobs may include: interviewing clients for discovery, typing documents, filing, updating notes. Other office management-type duties such as reconciliation of accounts and gathering documents for taxes. 30-35 hours/week on average. Spanish language skills a plus.
