Event Rental is a fast-paced, high volume event rental company located in the Algiers neighborhood of New Orleans. We own just about anything necessary to host events from small in-home parties to 1000 person seated dinners in the Mercedes Benz Superdome. Our inventory includes more tents, linens, drape, catering equipment, generators, and portable restrooms than any other company in Louisiana.

Our clients range from individual brides to event planners and DMCs who need items for their events. Some come to us with a list of exactly what they need, others just have a general idea of the event they are staging and need design or item selection guidance.

Our pace is fast, our hours are often unpredictable, and the work can be stressful. Oftentimes, our office environment feels more like an extended family than a traditional company. We laugh, we argue, we celebrate our successes and reflect on how we can improve, together. At the end of the day, we always get the job done. We all wear many hats, and it will not be unusual to see anyone from the receptionist to the owner of our company assisting a customer or helping set up an event. “That’s not my job” is not a phrase that exists in our world – every job is everyone’s job here.
