Founded in 2019, WRSTBND was born out of a decade of innovation in the entertainment technology sector by our sister company, Solomon Group. Since 2010, we have developed technology and software solutions tailored to the entertainment industry's unique demands. Working closely with early partners such as C3 Presents, our team was fortunate to play a pivotal role in enhancing the operational efficiencies still used today by some of the world's largest music festivals, including ACL, Lollapalooza, and Bonnaroo.

All of this work led to the inception of WRSTBND, marking a significant milestone in our journey. We identified an opportunity to expand our impact on global events, and our team of expert technology engineers and seasoned event producers came together to create a suite of integrated, reliable, and adaptable technology solutions that address the critical challenges faced by event’s today.

Today, WRSTBND is the preferred onsite technology partner for numerous prestigious global events, helping to manage event experience at over 160 major events per year, including the Super Bowl and the US Open. Our proprietary technology suite features a state-of-the-art access control and credentialing system, proprietary hardware for managing all of the scanning and validation, and real-time data and alerts across the board, allowing our clients to manage their events more easily. In April 2024, our trajectory took an exciting turn as AXS, the global ticketing leader, acquired a majority stake in WRSTBND. This partnership enables us to innovate further and enhance our service offerings globally while operating independently from our headquarters in New Orleans. This strategic alliance strengthens our capability to deliver exceptional event experiences. It reinforces our position as a leader in the event technology sector, featuring advanced access control, credentialing, and payment solutions.
