The 18th Ward uses sports to build a stronger, more equitable community through diverse-by-design youth programs and workforce development programs for teenagers and young adults. Programming increases access to sports by eliminating barriers to participation and welcoming youth of all ages regardless of gender, race, income, or neighborhood. The 18th Ward provides high-quality programs and trained coaches to ensure kids have fun and learn the foundational skills to feel successful in sports.
