We're building a workforce to fill the skills gap in New Orleans and beyond. We train adult and high school learners to become craftsmen and future industry leaders. Our staff has over 40 years of combined industry experience.

For high school students, NOTEP partners with the Louisiana Department of Education to offer students academic credit, in addition to earning industry approved credentials. For students that complete the program, NOTEP has a robust Next-Steps initiative to helps interested students obtain work in the industry or apply to post-secondary institutions to further their education.
