Public Allies New Orleans is a leadership development organization that advances our social justice mission by supporting the leadership of young people. We believe that young people are a crucial force to building a thriving New Orleans. We engage the talents, passions and knowledge of young people, and we work collaboratively to center young people in our collective efforts to create a just and equitable society. We believe that everyone can lead, and that lasting social change results when people of all backgrounds step up, take responsibility, and work together. Public Allies' primary program model matches full-time young adult apprentices with coaching, training and leadership development in 25 sites across 20 states, including New Orleans.
