I am a passionate advocate for intersectional social justice in the fields of education and corporate industry, with my goal being to increase the compassion for marginalized people across all intersections of privilege and oppression. I have a passion for working with companies of all sizes to create diverse workplaces that have a positive company culture. I believe that through diversity education, workplaces can create work environments that drive social change and innovation, where everyone is respected and loved.

I am projected to graduate in May 2020 with my M.A. in Higher Education Administration.

I graduated with a BA in Gender & Sexuality Studies, Magna Cum Laude from Loyola University New Orleans.

Overall, my professional goals are:

1. To create a world where all people are treated with equity and respect

2. To help in making life worth living for as many downtrodden and oppressed communities as possible

3. To equip institutions with the knowledge to empower minority populations, which will positively affect the recruitment and retention of employees
