<p>My experience in the Aerospace field, for organizations such as Boeing, NASA, as well as the Air Force has prepared me for a successful and adaptable, challenging, and fast paced career, producing high quality results on all forms of electrical, mechanical, and environmental systems. Additionally, I have 8+ years of leading teams of electro-mechanical technicians, to include mentoring, training, professional development, publication review, scheduling, and project management. </p><p><br></p><p>Although successful in my careers as both a Fabrication Specialist on the Space Launch System for NASA/Boeing, as well as an Aircraft Electrical/Environmental Craftsman, I desire to continue utilizing my supervisory and technical skills in a company whose values aligns with my own. The following offers a few highlights of my qualifications:</p><p><br></p><p>Solid foundation in leadership: As a frontline supervisor I have been responsible for a number of management functions. This includes the training, supervision, motivation and mentorship of shift members, and direct supervisees. </p><p>Dynamic communication style: I am adept in building relationships and a shared sense of purpose. Known for my ability to mediate disputes, motivate employees, and provide a positive outlook to less than optimal situations.</p><p>Experience in technical environments: Deep foundation in electrical systems, including but not limited to, filters, transformers, wiring, generators, sealed batteries, nickel cadmium battery charging/buildup, circuit breakers, etc. Also extensive experience in cabin pressurization systems, fire detection/prevention, air conditioning, and liquid oxygen.</p><p>LEAN focused: Six Sigma Green Belt certified, developed the first ever Product Improvement program for Special Operations Unit in the U.K. Led Strategic Alignment to support all facets of daily activities to include cargo and personnel deployment, along with various kaizen events.</p>
