Position Summary

We are seeking a Network Manager to help build an industry-defining connected provider network. This role will be instrumental in engaging and building the TPN.match behavioral health provider network on TPN.health platform. You will play a key role in enhancing the user experience and supporting our revenue-generating partners by ensuring high quality care providers are available in target areas.

This is an ideal opportunity for a self-motivated, licensed clinician with a passion for innovation, collaboration, and improving access to behavioral healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic initiates for building TPN.health referral provider network. Core Question. How does TPN.health get more providers to opt-in? (KPI Contracted Provider Acquisition) 
  • Expert understanding of the TPN.health platform and provider experience. 
  • Create engagement strategies for current contracted providers. 
  • Relationship development and negotiations with contracted providers. 
  • First contact for legal discussions on contracting and any unique circumstances with providers. (Single Case Agreements or Strategic Partner Considerations) 
  • Communicate a robust understanding of the BH market and individual provider. 
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, customer success, and care navigation departments to ensure timely delivery of provider needs to meet market demands. 
  • Understand and explain the end-to-end provider opt-in and invoice submission processes when onboarding new providers or adding clarity to existing providers. 
  • Track outcomes and maintain detailed reporting for internal and client-facing insights.
  • Collaborate with Accounting on billing issues, discrepancies, and disputes. 
  • Collaborate closely with product development to refine contracted provider experience. 
  • Provide input on workflow optimization and support scaling of the care navigation team and services
  • Serve as the escalation point of contact for Customer Support regarding contracted provider questions and needs. 
  • Create training materials and customer support resources for contracted providers. (Loom videos) 
  • Recruit, Train, and Manage Contracted Providers. 
  • Meet weekly with the Chief Experience Officer to provide process insights and product improvements.
Qualifications

Education & Licensure:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration 
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field. (Preferred)

Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ Years experience in Healthcare Administration 
  • Previous experience with Contracting, Health Networks and Provider Relationship Management

  • Demonstrated people skills—strong written and verbal communication, empathy, and cultural competence.

  • Proficient in using communication tools (like Slack), productivity tools (like Google Workspace), and familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred)


  • Experience with digital health platforms or telehealth services preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Forward-thinking, self-starter with leadership potential.

Work Environment & Expectations
  • Full-Time, Salaried
  • Hybrid remote position with availability during business hours:
    Mon – Thurs: 8:00am–5:00pm CST | Fri: 8:00am–1:00pm CST
  • Occasional travel as required
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
