Job Description

TPN.health is looking for a high-velocity, high-discipline sales professional who knows how to build and close a pipeline. This role focuses on helping treatment center organizations strengthen their clinical education efforts through our continuing education solutions. If you’re someone who consistently hits targets, understands how to combine sales and marketing to generate demand, and can drive a deal from first touch to signature, you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation
• Identify and research treatment centers that are a strong fit for our CE solutions
• Build and maintain a healthy, active outbound pipeline through targeted outreach, networking, and smart use of marketing assets

Pipeline Management
• Maintain a clean, accurate CRM with thoughtful notes and reliable forecasting
• Manage your funnel with intention so there’s always movement, not stagnation

Relationship Building
• Engage decision makers, understand their priorities, and translate their needs into tailored solutions
• Build long-term relationships that lead to renewals, referrals, and multi-site expansion

Marketing and Business Development
• Use marketing insights and audience data to craft smart outreach strategies
• Partner with internal teams on customized proposals and messaging

Solution Selling and Closing
• Present CE package options that directly support client goals
• Negotiate effectively and close consistently against monthly revenue targets

Market Insights and Reporting
• Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and the challenges facing behavioral health
• Deliver clear sales updates, forecasting, and market feedback to leadership

Key Qualifications
• Consistent history of closing $50,000 or more in monthly sales
• 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally in education or behavioral healthcare
• Proven ability to run a full-cycle sales process without hand-holding
• Strong marketing intuition and understanding of demand generation
• Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills
• Highly self-driven with strong time management and remote work discipline
• Proficiency with HubSpot, Slack, and sales enablement tools                                                            
•  Willingness to travel sporadically

Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with treatment center operations and clinician engagement
• Experience selling CE, professional development, or accreditation-related services
• Interest in behavioral health technology and clinician education
