Job Description
ACCENT New Orleans is hiring an Event Operations Associate to plan, execute, and manage corporate, incentive, and association programs.
This role is for experienced event professionals only. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events in New Orleans.

What You’ll Do:
- Plan and operate events for corporate, incentive, and association programs
- Manage budgets, suppliers, and timelines with creativity and precision
- Collaborate with a small, dynamic team to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Represent ACCENT at networking and industry events
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years hospitality/event operations experience
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
- Local knowledge of New Orleans, proactive attitude, sense of humor
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
