Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Remote Service Desk Consultant to join our team at Ozark Insurance Agency. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients in the Insurance industry. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while making a real impact on our business.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in the system
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on resolved issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience with remote support tools and software
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical certifications or relevant training preferred
- Prior experience in the Insurance industry is a plus
