Job Description
Join our team at Ozark Insurance Agency as a Remote Help Desk Support Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to our employees and customers. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to the success of our organization in the Insurance industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assist with network configurations and system installations
- Document and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with IT team to escalate complex issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Help Desk Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA, or other relevant areas a plus
