Job Description

Join our team at Ozark Insurance Agency as an Administrative Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize office documents, records, and files
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Support team members with administrative tasks
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Perform data entry and maintain databases
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
  • Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
