We are a leading provider of ATMs and Self-Service Kiosks across the U.S., and we’re looking for a Field Service Technician to help keep our machines running smoothly. Based in Arabi, LA, this full-time role is crucial in ensuring our equipment is installed, maintained, and repaired with precision.

What You’ll Do

• Install and set up ATMs & kiosks at customer locations.
• Handle software installations, updates, and upgrades.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues both remotely and onsite.
• Repair, rebuild, and modify equipment as needed.
• Manage inventory of tools, parts, and equipment in our warehouse.
• Be on-call for emergency service needs on some weekends/holidays.

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of field service experience (ATM/Kiosk industry preferred).

- Strong hardware & software troubleshooting skills.

- A team player who can train and guide others.

- A growth mindset – eager to improve processes and skills.

- A clean driving record and ability to pass a drug test & background check.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Huge Plus!)

- IT/networking experience

- Previous work with ATMs, kiosks, or similar self-service machines

- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts (weekends as needed)
