About The 18th Ward
<p>The 18th Ward uses sports to build a stronger, more equitable community through diverse-by-design youth programs and workforce development programs for teenagers and young adults. Programming increases access to sports by eliminating barriers to participation and welcoming youth of all ages regardless of gender, race, income, or neighborhood.
