The Intralox Manufacturing Mold Shop is looking for an individual interested in joining our Mold Making Team. This individual would participate in our apprenticeship program, and contribute to our mold making efforts as part of the learning experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a machinist, a member of our Mold Shop PM and Repair team, or other applicable experience.
• A high school education with good math skills, including geometry and trigonometry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
• Must know how to read blue prints.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time, bend/lean over, and lift 60 pounds.
• Good computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office Applications)
• Must manufacture high quality parts held to tight tolerances.
• Stable work history and good attendance record.
• Self-managed and high sense of urgency.
• Ability to work overtime and be available for weekend call in support of plastics production.
• Experience programming CNC equipment a plus.
• Experience using CAD /CAM software a plus.
• Project Management a plus.
