SUMMARY:
As a staff support member at Early Childhood & Family Learning Foundation (ECFLF), the On-site Coordinator will report to the Director of Community and Social Services. The On-site Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining an information flow between the Foundation Office and on-site partners related activities. This may include activities such as coordinating communications between the Foundation, Community and Social Service Staff and on- and off-site partners; coordinating and assigning volunteers for on-site activities; planning and organizing on-site activities; assigning Outreach Workers and/or Family Consultants to families; facilitating correspondences with members and programs; and assisting in database and basic computer technology development. Additionally, the incumbent will play a key role in day-to-day operations of the center.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Works with the Director of Community and Social Services to support achievement of ECFLF program goals and objectives.
• Maintain open communication between the Division of Community and Social Services, Foundation Office, Directors of Education, Health and Wellness, Communication, and on and off site partners with respect to needed services for children and families.
• Assist with the coordination of on and off site partners’ activities.
• Work with partners to plan and schedule community activities.
• Assists with details of New Partners/New Hire; arrange for office space, access, move in process, and conduct Center Orientation.
• Assists with updating ECFLF Partners and MJ members Database.
• Keeping inventory of equipment and supplies for the Division of Community & Social Services.
• Organizes the information flow of division activities and updates.
• Maintains a spreadsheet of contracts/grants and assists with processing and filing contracts.
• Maintains a spreadsheet of contact information for key stakeholders.
• Work with Family Consultants and Outreach Workers to identify, enroll, and refer members as appropriate.
• Work with Family Consultants, Outreach Workers, and Service Specialist to ensure the Division of Community and Social Services promote positive outcomes.
• Assist with the planning of volunteer program and services
• Assist with organizing and implementing the volunteer program and services
• Engage volunteers
• Participate with Annual Community Needs Assessment Team
• Attend required meetings, conferences, and workshops.
• Work with service providers to promote best practices is used in the previsions of service.
• Serve as a liaison between direct service staff/providers and members.
• Gather and distribute resources to staff and community as needed.
• Responsible for accurate, complete and timely data collection from direct service staff/partners.
• And other duties as assigned by the Director of Community and Social Services.

Purchasing/Financial:
• Works with Finance and Operations to obtain needed supplies, equipment, and services. Maintains adequate level of supplies for division staff.
• Coordinates division related purchases, including timely delivery of supplies and prompt payment of invoices.
• Processes invoices and completes purchase requisitions.

Public Relations:
• Greets public, answers questions, and identifies appropriate source for additional information.
• Facilitate community meetings as needed.

Administrative Functions:
• Maintain the Division of Community and Social Service program files and records.
• Maintain schedule of ECFLF program activities and program staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively with families, social service staff, para-professionals, and other professional support staff.
• Must possess ability to accurately assess situations and refer to the appropriate agencies.
• Must have a working understanding of basic family dynamics and early childhood development, with an emphasis in the area of infants and toddlers.
• Must be able to develop rapport with families, staff, and partners.
• Must be knowledgeable of community resources.
• Ability to think proactively and function independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong skills in follow-up and oversight of daily activities.
• Ability to carry out several tasks at once.
• Skills in written and oral communications.
• Ability to learn new subject areas quickly.
• Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, etc.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively with the public.
• Must be motivated and reliable.
• Must have a proven ability to work effectively and respectfully with a broad range of people.
• Must possess the ability to work holistically, as part of a team, with professionals, Para-professionals, volunteers and the community at-large.

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE:
• A Master in Social Work
• Experience working with non-profit organizations and with children, youth, and families is needed. A combination of experience on the master’s level of social work, advocacy and administrative work is preferred.
