The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management and administrative duties for the Liberty’s Kitchen Inc.’s food service centers, including the the design, launch and implementation of our new Contract Meal Program to be located at an offsite kitchen commissary. The Operations Manager provides overall management and supervision of all food service staff and will contribute to the organization’s overall efforts to continually improve performance. The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring a quality service to customers, as well as quality training of our youth development program participants; he/she will be expected to coordinate closely with the Liberty’s Kitchen Youth Development Director. Additionally, the Operations Manager will focus on maintaining cost effectiveness, and food safety and sanitation throughout all food service centers.
