Looking to hire a Mid to Sr Level Rails Developer. Responsibilities include Rails, Ruby and iOS/Android development.

You'll be expected to have 2-4 years of development/[programming experience in the following areas:

~ Building dynamic, data-driven, highly-trafficked web-based software.
~ A solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Development and agile development methodologies.
~ Experience with core design patterns, specifically MVC and its implications in web-based architectures.
~ A broad skill-set including Ruby, RoR, CSS, HTML/XHTML and Javascript. (Java or similar experience is okay for the right candidate)
~ Experience working with SQL and relational databases. A 'join' should be something you're comfortable with.
~ Experience working in Unix environments (Mac OS X, Linux) while also comfortable verifying your work in Windows clients.

You'll be expected to be:

~ Smart.
~ Pragmatic with a distaste for over-engineering.
~ Motivated to create great software.
~ Willing to relocate to New Orleans (if you don't live here already).
