A Shared Initiative Inc. seeks a talented visionary to manage its community development programming including management of the Clifford N. Rosenthal Community Resource Center. Key duties include developing and maintaining funding sources necessary for expansion of community development activities and programs, organizing and managing community development projects and expanding the nonprofit's financial counseling program.

Daily responsibilities include planning, prioritizing and coordinating multiple projects, supervising staff and helping attain the nonprofit's key fundraising and community development objectives.

Previous nonprofit management experience and familiarity with fundraising and financial counseling a plus.
