Globalstar seeks a Marketing and Communications intern to join our team
in Covington, La.

Intern will work with Sr. Director of Worldwide Marketing and Marketing Manager to ensure management and implementation of day-to-day marketing efforts.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Assist with paid media efforts, i.e. creative asset delivery to media outlets
• Assist with collateral development for sales team and event/tradeshow support
• Assist with maintenance of social media efforts and take a proactive role in developing strategic recommendations for further leveraging social platforms
• Assist with iterative updates to company websites

Qualifications:

• College-level or graduate student with a focus in Marketing/Communications
• Understanding of current marketing strategies, technologies and trends
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Proactive – you don’t wait to be “asked”, you take it upon yourself to help the team
• Excellent time management skills
• Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

This is an unpaid internship.
