Sucre, a nationally recognized premier sweets boutique, is seeking management and team leaders.

We are seeking energetic, professional driven managers with experience in helping grow a small company to the next step. Must have experience in balancing budgets, labor and inventory. Must be friendly and have great customer service skills. Must have knowledge of store operations, be self motivated and have the drive to always improve. Must be able to foster a great team environment and continue to motivate your team.

Qualifications:
• Must have top quality customer service, food and retail, generally involving at least 2 years of front-of-the-house operations.
• Must possess excellent math skills and have the ability to operate and program a cash register, POS system and computer systems.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Must be an excellent leader and trainer.
• Must be able to multitask and have a strong attention to detail
• Must be a quick thinker and problem solver
• Must be able to lead a team and promote a team environment
• Must be a self starter
• Must have knowledge of Excel and be able to create spreadsheets
• Must be impeccably groomed, maintain good hygiene, good posture and presentation
• Must display the IMAGE set forth by the owner and restaurant philosophy.
