A Louisiana-based real estate company is looking to immediately hire a part-time Administrative Assistant, responsible for providing wide-ranging support. Duties will include and are not limited to: filing, data input, mailing/composing company letters, printing requests, providing overflow support for marketing personnel and office manager, and other obligations as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 Suite – particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Comfortable with continual filing and data input
• Effectively communicate employees at all levels of the organization through phone and e-mail
• Clean and professional appearance
• Excellent follow-up, follow-thru skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple duties simultaneously
