Senior .Net Developer

• Self-starter that can work with a team

• Proven technical experience / experienced maintaining and developing complex applications
• You will be involved in the full software development life cycle, including design, development, and maintenance.
• Someone who thrives in an environment of organized chaos, who can juggle multiple projects & deliverables concurrently

Responsibilities include:

Contributing to functional specifications and design conversations
Writing and rewriting code so that it not only solves the problem but is clear and maintainable
Understand and negotiate tradeoffs between competing implementations of components or algorithms
Industrial caliber object-oriented design skills
Practice and understanding of design patterns
Solid team and communication skills
Solid technical communication skills: wireframes, ERDs, UML diagrams
Experience with enterprise patterns and architectures
C# – Required
Silverlight – Preferred
MVVM – Preferred
SQL 2008 – Required
Windows Azure – Preferred

A bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems and at least five years programming experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required

Very strong organizational, task management, and prioritization skills
Ability to display strong sense of urgency
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Ability to work well with peers, business users and all levels of management
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
