Perm W-2 position for a SW Tester/Tech Writer/Documentation Specialist. No offshore, No sponsorship, No subcontracting. Must be U.S. citizens or Permanent Residents.

- Develop high level test plans based on business requirements for subject areas as specified in project meetings. Conduct test plan walkthroughs and obtain approval for plans and test results. – Develop test cases based on each test scenario. Provide test results to user community and obtain acceptance. – Track defects found during test case execution. Work with various internal and external groups to communicate defects, provide examples and impact to project requirements. Follow up to ensure defects are resolved and successfully tested. – Experience with White & Black Box testing, Manual & Automated Testing – Proficient in Test Life Cycle – Document all tests, results, fixes – Creation of Technical Documentation for new & existing software – Creation of End User Documentation for new & existing software

Must be able to communicate and work with end users when needed. Adaptable and interested in picking up new technologies as needed. Experience testing C#, ASP.Net, Silverlight, Azure, MVVM, SSRS not required but looked upon favorably.

Must live within 2 hours of New Orleans for bi-monthly team meetings and gatherings otherwise position is telecommute.
