Intralox, L.L.C. has a position available for a Mechanical Engineer to develop high-impact solutions for Intralox customers in the packaging and material handling industries.

Responsibilities:
· Design, analyze and test new products, new applications, and improvements to existing products.
· Oversee new product projects through the entire process including: 1. research 2. feasibility studies 3. design of individual components and/or systems 4. fast prototyping 5. in-house and field testing 6. technical training 7. release for sale
· Build in-depth understanding of Intralox’ Activated Roller Belt Technology

Requirements:
· BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering
· Ability to define problems clearly, in ways that allow maximum range for creativity in solutions (versus adhering to a narrow specification).
· Proactive and outcome-oriented, with focus on using resources and peers to discover best solutions
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Computer proficiency in MS Office and CAD (ProEngineer or Solidworks preferred); programming skills also desired.
