Intralox, LLC has an opening for an Innovation Team Leader. You will supervise a team of engineers and technicians in developing high-impact solutions for Intralox customers in the packaging and material handling industries.

Requirements: * Undergraduate degree in Engineering, or related field required. * An innovative and creative problem solver. * A clear and effective communicator with demonstrated proficiency in leading people, people development, and project implementation. * Where possible, able to understand and define customer opportunities/problems in ways that allow for maximum latitude in range of solutions (versus adhering to a narrow specification). * A demonstrated analytical thinker, who can piece together ideas and involve relevant inputs and resources to craft solutions. * Able to spend up to 15% of time traveling (some part of this will be international).
