Intralox, L.L.C.'s New Product Engineering Department seeks an engineer to join our team. This person will be part of a new product development team, working with other engineers and designers, based at our company headquarters in New Orleans, Louisiana. Some of the specific duties will include: new product design, product line improvements, product testing, material selection, preparing technical manuals/documentation, CAD/CAM, FEA. Candidates will work in a team environment that encourages input during design and implementation.

Responsibilities:
Solid Modeling experience SolidWorks®, Pro-E®, or similar software.
Adept with word processing and spreadsheet software.
Must be a self-managed, hard-working individual.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Some travel required.

Requirements:
BS or MS in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or similar curriculum).
Hands on individual with experience in design, fabrication and troubleshooting of mechanical components
Preference given to candidates with experience with plastic part design.
Project management experience
Part design experience a plus
Test development experience a plus
