Responsibilities:
Intralox LLC has an opportunity for a Customer Development Intern to assist an industry-focused team in proactive customer outreach and support, building and expanding customer relationships, and uncovering/qualifying potential new business opportunities

This individual will be responsible for:
· Contacting customers after a sale of innovative new equipment to monitor the improvements obtained and identify other opportunities
· Contacting customers with equipment reaching the end of normal life cycle to uncover replacement opportunities
· Contact potential customers for our newest inventions to qualify opportunities

Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to understand basic mechanical concepts (E.g. equipment, manufacturing)
· Positive, entrepreneurial, proactive, problem-solving personality
· Curiosity, passion for learning and growth.
· Willingness and ability to be self-managed
· Previous business to business customer phone support service experience preferred
