Users create polls & surveys, share them with friends and others, and get opinions in real-time. We also provide a targeted and affordable way for small businesses and organizations to conduct market research on-the-go and generate conclusive opinions on their products and services. PollBob is a do-it-yourself platform for collecting targeted insights, delivering rewards, and building brand loyalty.

Job Description:

As part of a small team working directly with the company's founders, you’re at the forefront in helping to define and grow the company. Working on small group projects commissioned by the founders, you own your work stream and are very self-motivated. You immerse yourself in information and draw insight from the weeds. You persuasively communicate your recommendations to the founders and drive implementation, executing on your responsibilities. Sample projects include: community management for our app and website, building the strategic framework to guide our community management policies, managing social media and online marketing initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and business development, market research and execution of new mobile/website marketing ideas and function.

Duties:

• Research and create online/mobile marketing plans for user acquisition
• Gather and analyze massive amounts of information expeditiously
• Develop compelling, insightful recommendations
• Influence decision making within senior-level founder
• Lead execution against recommendations quickly and with flawless accuracy
• Seek out strategic partnerships with local businesses to help promote product

Requirements:

• Strong desire for entrepreneurship
• Flexibility – Open to wearing many hats and learning on the go
• Business or Marketing Major preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment; distinction in thought leadership and innovation
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent
